Step #1: Head Over to our Designated ‘Pop-up Shops’ Page

The first step to creating your very own swag pop-up shop, where employees and clients can get internal swag, is to head to our ‘Pop-up Shop’ page, as you can see in the below screenshot.

Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find two types of shops.

Then choose ‘’Company Shop’’ to view a sample shop and check the steps virtually yourself before moving forward.

When you click on “View Sample Shop”, you will be redirected to a page powered by Commonsku, as you can see in the image below.

On a general note, you can use the Company Shop option for any of the below or similar scenarios:

  • The head office needs to provide a list of preapproved items that may be ordered by numerous departments or locations
  • An insurance, banking, or technology organization wants to maintain control over the products given to colleagues
  • The human resources department wants to set up a system to resupply products (welcome kits) when they run short

Step #2: Check Out a Sample Swag Pop-up Shop

Your staff will now click on “Start Shopping’’ to start the process, and various products will appear for them.

We have chosen the vacuum stainless mug for our illustration.

Once your fellow employees like an item, they will get to add it to their cart and the following will show up for them, as you can see in the below image.

After choosing the required color and quantity, your employees will proceed to the checkout process.

Once they click on “Checkout’’, they will be taken to the shipping information page to fill out their details.

As you can see in the above image, there are several slots for different addresses in case several branded items are being sent to multiple recipients.

Employees will just need to fill out the address sections, and ensure they fill out the information correctly.

Once the required information is filled in, they will find a comment section where any extra notes can be added.

Then, they will be able to process the payment, as you can see right here.

Author’s Note: When giving away company swag for free, you can give your employees coupons that they can use when they get to the Checkout step.
